1st Annual “Draw Muhammad” day

Today my dear readers is the first annual “Draw Muhammad” day.

This is meant as a protest against those who want to limit my rights as a secular human being. They feel so offended by the fact that a person would draw their holy prophet.

Even if that picture is not vulgar, vile, violent, disrespectful, or in any other way offensive. The act itself is offensive, and it is so offensive that they feel justified to send death threats to those that make these drawings, and some have even died for critiquing the belief and ways of Islam.

I know there are Muslims that would consider themselves moderates and secular. These are not the ones that I am shouting at, I am shouting at the fundamentalists that wants to see the western civilization gone, and replaced by an Islamic theocracy.

It is okay for them to believe that their holy prophet rode a horse into heaven. Just do not expect me to also believe it without any credible evidence. Their superstition is for them to have, not us, we who have chosen to stay out of religion.

Without further ado  here you got Muhammad.

mohammad

I know I am a shitty artist, but this is the best I can do.

It is suppose to be Muhammad in the grey clouds, feeling sad by these idiots that go about killing innocent people for not believing the same as they do.

Have a nice day.

  • @Emily, the draw Muhammad day initiativ was made as a protest against the fact that 12 extremists are capable of threatening an entire channel network Viacom into selfcensoring themself. That is what it is protesting. Drawing holocausts pictures or likewise that will hurt other people does not show anything about censorship or freedom of speech. Muslims have been outspoken against democracy and free speech. The muslim countries with Iran at the spearhead as tried to push for a universal anti-blasphemic law in the UN.
That is why Muhammad and muslims are the target.
As I have asked many times before, have you stopped eating beef because it hurts the feelings of millions of Hindus?

The bigger question is WHY ????….why at the first instance initiate an act which has intimate feelings by another group…Im positive there are numerous subjects available in the world which can prove freedom of speech and liberty….JEWS all over the world react to denial of holocaust ..a stance which is accepted by the world…so why not apply similar format for muslims…what is intended to be achieved or where the quality of life will improve…in actual it will fuel anti west sentiments and make the task of mopderate muslims difficult in containing militancy….

  • @your father, way to show my point 😉

@Khurram, it is okay for you to think that, but let me say whatever I want, and lean back and smile by the thought that you think I will suffer for all eternity in Hell.

  • KHURRAM says:

YOU CAN DO WHATEVER U WANT BUT TIME WILL TELL WHO IS RIGHT.

YOU ARE ALL FOOLS WHO THINK THAT THERE IS NO LIFE AFTER DEATH

BEWARE THAT BY DOING THIS KIND OF ACT NOT ONLY YOU WILL BE PUNISHED AFTER death BUT ALSO IN THIS WORLD u will never find harmony in life.

we respect all the prophets JESUS, MOSAUS etc. but u are all on the path of satan SATAN.

MAY allah show u the right path
by doing all these foolish acts u can not make us go astray.

  • your father says:

shat uppppppp? i will kill you
dont ever talk abot muhammed (S.A.W)

  • @Mahmud, Very good point. But saying shit about holocaust is not only something that would hurt jews, but also all those other groups of people that died in those camps.
But this is a protest against those fundamentalist muslims that tell non-muslims not to draw Muhammad, and if they do, they should be killed.
I know it probably will make it harder for the moderates to tell the fundamentalist part to cool down. It is hard enough, since both parties say they have the Quran on their side, and the others are wrong.
Same issue is within Christianity in America. 🙂
