The king of Pop has died.
Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009). The king of Pop music Michael Jackson died at the age of 51. The revival process lasted for an hour but it was too late. MJ left us with a legacy of awesome music and dance moves.
He made grabbing your crotch and scream in a high pitch voice a new dance move. Few people are able to do so.
When I first saw the rumours ticking in on the internet I felt it was sort of surreal. Not that I did consider MJ as some sort of immortal or super human, but the fact that I did not suspect him to die suddenly. I was hoping to hear what his last comeback concerts would bring.
51 years are not that many in human years. Many live to be 80 – 100 years old.
In terms of music I don’t think it was such a big loss, it is not like he has been producing any new music for a while. But the music he did produce was some of the best pop if not the best pop produced so far.
He is the Elvis of the 21st century. We will listen to his music for decades to come.
Hopefully his three young children will make it.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re black or white.”

Rest in peace.
